1. (a) All CSOs and CSSOs shall carry their weapons only:

   1. (1) On their assigned site; and
   2. (2) In the performance of their assigned duties.
2. (b) The carrying of a weapon is prohibited when the CSO or CSSO is not performing his or her assigned duties.

Codification Notes: “CSO” means commissioned security officer. "CSSO" means commissioned school security officer.
