17 CAR § 350-1007
Law enforcement officers
Arkansas Code § 17-40-207
(a) Certified law enforcement officers are exempt from the training requirements to qualify as a PSO, CSO, or CSSO.
(b) The officer must be a current, active law enforcement officer.
Codification Notes: “PSO” means private security officer. "CSO" means commissioned security officer. "CSSO" means commissioned school security officer.
