(a) The Governor may remove any member of the State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists for:
- (1) Misconduct;
- (2) Incompetence;
- (3) Neglect of duty; or
- (4) Any other sufficient causes.
- (b) Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled for the remainder of the term by the Governor as provided for herein.
