(a) Pressure tanks and switches shall be located:

1. (1) Above ground; or
2. (2) In a pit or basement that is adequately drained.

(c) Tanks designed for use inside the bore of a water well must be:

1. (1) Designed for that purpose; and
2. (2) Approved by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.
