16 CAR § 70-102 – Information for public guidance

(a)
1. (1) The agency makes available a list of persons holding certain responsibilities for handling Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq., requests, licensing questions, and complaints so that the public may:
  1. (A) Obtain information about the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission; or
  2. (B) Make submissions or requests.
2. (2) The names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and electronic addresses can be obtained from the commission’s office or website.
(b) The commission has a list of official forms used by the commission and a list of all formal, written statements of policy and written interpretative memoranda, and orders, decisions, and opinions resulting from adjudications, which may be obtained from the commission’s office or website.
(c) Copies of all forms used by the commission, written statements of policy and written interpretive memoranda, and all orders issued by the commission may be obtained from the commission’s office.
