(a)

1. (1) Acceptance of payment by the medical provider from the Crime Victims Reparations Board constitutes a full and final payment for the services.
2. (2) Any remaining balances shall not be submitted to the victim.

1. (1) The board may reimburse the following expenses.
2. (2) The amount listed constitutes the maximum allowable reimbursement by the board.
