- (a) The Administrator of the Crime Victims Reparations Board shall be the chief executive officer of the board staff.
- (b) He or she shall be hired by the Secretary of the Department of Public Safety with the advice and consent of the board.
- (c) He or she shall be responsible for the administration of the rules, policies, and procedures promulgated by the board, pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., and within such restraints as mandated by statute.
(d) The administrator shall:
- (1) Be responsible for employment, supervision, evaluation, and termination of board employees; and
- (2) Delegate appropriate powers and duties to them, subject to the advice and/or consent of the secretary and the board.
