1. (a) Applicability. This section applies to Division of Community Correction employees who conduct or assist in conducting substance abuse testing of offenders.

2. (b) Policy.

   1. (1) The division’s policy is to administer a program of testing offenders for substance abuse for the purpose of enforcing conditions or lawful orders set forth by courts and the Post-Prison Transfer Board.
   2. (2) Appropriate confidentiality of information will be maintained.
