1. (a) Applicability. This section applies to all Division of Community Correction employees.

2. (b) Policy.

   1. (1) Plans and procedures for managing escapes, disturbances, or emergencies must be readily available to appropriate persons.
   2. (2) State and local law enforcement agencies will be relied on to assist with the apprehension of escapees, control of disturbances, or response to emergencies as necessary.
