1. (1)

   1. (A) The Division of Community Correction shall provide the information necessary for the Post-Prison Transfer Board to issue a warrant.
   2. (B) See Arkansas Code §§ 16-93-705(a)(1)(A)(ii) and 16-93-1908(a)(1)(C).

2. (2) The information that may be considered in issuing a warrant includes, without limitation, any of the following:

   1. (A) Current, past, or present violation reports;
   2. (B) Current, past, or present Notices of Parole Violation Action;
   3. (C) Post-release supervision conditions violated;
   4. (D) Post-release supervision special conditions violated;
   5. (E) Pending charges;
   6. (F) Dates of violations, when available; or
   7. (G) Previous warrants.
