(b) To qualify, a landline/cell phone must:

1. (1) Be registered in the regional tourist association name; and
2. (2) Identify the association name in its voicemail.

(c) Up to fifty percent (50%) of personal cell phone bills that are used for regional tourist association business will be allowed if the:

1. (1) Association name is identified in its voicemail; and
2. (2) Number is identified as belonging to the association in promotional materials.
