15 CAR § 350-108

Eligible facilities

Arkansas Code § 15-12-103

(a) Any fixed outdoor recreation facility may be funded with FUN Park grants.
(b) FUN Park grant funding may not be used for:
1. (1) Land acquisition;
2. (2) Movable equipment; or
3. (3) Recreation programming.

Codification Notes: "FUN" means facilities for underdeveloped neighborhoods.
