15 CAR § 320-502

Terms of office

Arkansas Code § 15-20-308; Arkansas Code § 15-20-502

(a) Officers shall:
1. (1) Be elected once a year at the first meeting after January 14; and
2. (2) Serve for a period of one (1) year or until their successors are elected.
(b) Officers may be elected to succeed themselves.
