1. (a)

   1. (1) The Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission is empowered to publish and disseminate information and recommendations pertaining to natural areas and to the system of natural areas.
   2. (2) Arkansas Code § 15-20-308(7).

2. (b)

   1. (1) The commission is required to submit to the Governor and the General Assembly and to publish on or before December 1 of each year a report that describes and accounts for the status and condition of each:

      1. (A) Portion of the system; and
      2. (B) Natural area listed on the Registry of Natural Areas.
   2. (2) Arkansas Code § 15-20-308(11) [repealed].
