(a) Articles of dedication shall be:
- (1) In writing;
- (2) Under seal; and
- (3) Acknowledged.
- (b) The Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission shall cause the articles to be recorded by the recorder of deeds in each county wherein any portion of the property affected by the articles shall lie.
