(a)

1. (1) A written report will be required by the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission for consideration of final approval for acquisition of land or interests in land.

2. (2) The report shall include the following information:

   1. (A) A map delineating the property location and boundaries;
   2. (B) The ecological significance of the tract in relation to the natural division and to the state in general;
   3. (C) Information about ownership;
   4. (D) A description of the general character and condition of the tract, including:

(i) Its natural features;

1. (ii) The degree of disturbance;

   1. (iii) Its relation to adjoining lands; and

      1. (iv) General proposals for custody and management;

   2. (E) An acquisition summary that documents the:

      1. (i) Monetary value;
      2. (ii) Terms of acquisition (purchase agreement);
      3. (iii) Access;
      4. (iv) Clear title; and
      5. (v) Availability of funds;
   3. (F) Full description of any grant agreement or partnership agreement; and
   4. (G) Confirmation of Governor’s notification.
