- (a) This part may be amended at any regular meeting of the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council by a two-thirds (2/3) (six (6) votes) vote from the members, provided that the amendment has been submitted in writing at the previous regular meeting.
- (b) The council will follow the procedures specified in the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., for the adoption of amended bylaws.
