The Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council will meet annually for the purposes of:
- (1) Assessing the amount of funds available for grant awards;
- (2) Making grants;
- (3) Reviewing reports;
- (4) Reviewing and making needed changes in policies and procedures;
- (5) Electing officers;
- (6) Establishing the next year's meeting dates; and
- (7) Other purposes.
