(a) The Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council shall have the right to:
- (1) Receive gifts, grants, and donations from private and public sources; and
- (2) Sell or dispose of such as the council deems advisable.
- (b) Any and all such donations shall be used solely for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Acts 1987, No. 729, as codified in Arkansas Code §§ 15-12-101 – 15-12-103.
