- (a) All actions taken by the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council and all procedures will conform to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., and the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq.
- (b) Each regular meeting of the council will include an agenda item for the purpose of public comment.
(c)
- (1) Information on the council will be provided to interested persons.
- (2) The information will include a description of the council’s organization, stating the general course and method of its operations and the method by which the public may obtain information or make submissions or requests.
- (3) Interested persons may receive information by contacting the council’s secretary/disbursing officer, the Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.
