1. (a) Every person, now or hereafter engaged in the business of purchasing and selling crude oil or natural gas in this state, shall purchase, without discrimination in favor of one (1) producer against another, or in favor of any one (1) source of supply as against another.
2. (b) For purposes hereof, a distinction shall exist between crude oil and natural gas purchased from oil wells and gas wells as those wells are respectively defined within 15 CAR § 275-103 and takings shall be deemed to be ratable when purchases are made without discrimination between wells within each such separate classification.
