1. (a) Wells shall be classified as to the common sources of supply from which they produce, and common sources of supply shall be determined and named by the Oil and Gas Commission, provided that in the event any person is dissatisfied with any such classification or determination, an application may be made to the commission for such classification or determination deemed proper, and the commission will hear and determine the same.

2. (b)

   1. (1) In naming the common sources of supply, preference shall be given to common usage and geographical names.
   2. (2) Separate common sources of supply within the same area shall preferably be named according to the producing formation.
