- (a) To ensure that each challenge is reviewed and adjudicated based on fairness for all participants and relevant stakeholders, ARConnect will review all applicable challenge and rebuttal information in detail, without bias, before deciding to sustain or reject a challenge.
- (b) ARConnect will provide justification for all challenge determinations, and all challenges will be reviewed uniformly.
- (c) ARConnect will also require that all reviewers submit affidavits to ensure that there is no conflict of interest in making challenge determinations.
