1. (a) The Arkansas Department of Commerce Broadband Office, at its discretion, may request from the applicants maps and other information necessary to make informed decisions as to the proper unserved or underserved locations in Arkansas to expend grant funds.
2. (b) Applicants that accept funding under this part shall follow all the requirements under the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund guidance and the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund guidance, as applicable, and ARC rules.
3. (c) Every applicant is responsible for knowing both the state rules and federal guidelines without exception.
4. (d) In the event of any conflict between this rule and the federal rules and guidance applicable to broadband deployments funded with American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. No. 117-2, funds, the federal rules and guidance will control.
