15 CAR § 189-801 – Build phase

(a) During the build phase of the project, the ISP shall not be required to deliver broadband service to premises in the project footprint.
(b)
1. (1) During the build phase of the project, the ISP shall be required to submit quarterly reports to the Arkansas Department of Commerce Broadband Office reporting their activities in fulfillment of grant objectives.
2. (2) These reports will be:
  1. (A) Submitted within sixty (60) days of the quarters ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each year; and
  2. (B) Reviewed as explained in 15 CAR § 189-202(b).
