(a) Failure of the market analyst to comply with any guidelines set forth herein may result in rejection of the proposed development’s application from consideration for an award of federal low-income housing tax credits and all other Arkansas Development Finance Authority resources requested.
(b) Continued noncompliance, the determination of which is within the authority’s discretion, may result in suspension or permanent removal of the market analyst and all firms with which the market analyst is affiliated from the authority’s approved market study provider list.
