(a) Any award made pursuant to Arkansas’s three-tier selection process is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority.
(b) The board has the authority to determine the amount of any additional tax credits, TCAP, exchange/subaward, or additional HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds requests based upon the financial feasibility analysis of any applicant.
