- (a) Poultry feeding operation owners shall pay an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for every poultry feeding operation under the owner's control.
- (b) Fees are nonrefundable and shall not be prorated.
- (c) Fees shall be submitted to the Department of Agriculture at the time of registration.
