The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission will:

1. (1) Gather, compile, and analyze information on both the:

   1. (A) Use of water in this state; and
   2. (B) Needs of the citizens of this state; and

2. (2) Make the information available to:

   1. (A) Officials of this state; and
   2. (B) Its citizens.
