Eligible activities of the hardship grant program
Arkansas Code § 15-20-206; Arkansas Code § 15-5-902
- (a) In order to be eligible to receive a hardship grant, the borrower must meet United States Environmental Protection Agency’s hardship criteria.
- (b) In general, the hardship grant program is designed to work in conjunction with the CWRLF program.
(c)
- (1) The types of activities that the grant funds can be used for are the same as those allowed in the CWRLF program.
