(a)

1. (1) The borrower shall prepare an operation and maintenance manual for Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff approval for all projects involving the construction or modification of wastewater treatment facilities.
2. (2) For projects involving only collection system work, operation and maintenance manuals shall be prepared and submitted for approval as required by the commission staff.

(b)

1. (1) One (1) complete set of record drawings shall be furnished by the consulting engineer to the borrower at the completion of construction.
2. (2) One (1) copy of the record drawings shall also be furnished to the commission staff, if requested.
