15 CAR § 26-504 – Fidelity bond requirements

(a) The borrower shall furnish to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff evidence that the treasurer of the borrower has a fidelity bond.
(b) The amount of the bond must be at least equal to the amount of funds in his or her possession at any time with a minimum amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
