The Arkansas Development Finance Authority’s administrative fee
Arkansas Code § 15-20-206; Arkansas Code § 15-5-902
- (a) The Arkansas Development Finance Authority shall be reimbursed for program administration costs by fees collected from each borrower.
- (b) The fees will be assessed according to the interagency agreement between the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and the authority.
