(a) The applicant shall submit a copy of any actual or proposed intergovernmental contract under which the applicant either will:
- (1) Use another system for treatment; or
- (2) Receive wastewater for treatment.
- (b) Before loan closing, each intergovernmental agreement must be approved by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff.
