- (a) As required by the provisions of Section 602(b)(6) of the Act, the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff will conduct an environmental review of the project proposed for funding from the CWRLF program.
- (b) This review will be consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. § 4321 et seq., and the environmental review process for Arkansas CWRLF projects.
- (c) As early as practical the applicant shall obtain a determination from the commission staff as to the required scope of the environmental review and the information that must be furnished for a particular project.
