15 CAR § 26-301 – Preplanning conference

(a) Potential applicants shall confer with the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff as early in the planning process as practical.
(b) During the conference the staff will provide information, advice, instruction, and guidance on the scope of work and level of effort needed to ensure that the applicant expeditiously complies with CWRLF program requirements.
