- (a) The Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency will conduct or require the state to have an independently conducted financial and compliance audit of the CWRLF program.
- (b) The audit shall be conducted according to the auditing standards of the United States Government Accountability Office (Standards for Audit of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities, and Functions).
