- (a) With respect to approved applications from the Safe Drinking Water Fund, the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall have the discretionary authority to increase the amount of the loan to the applicant by the greater of ten percent (10%) of the approved obligation amount or twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) without returning to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission for approval.
- (b) Such increase in the loan shall be granted only after consultation with the commission chair.
- (c) Any loan increases pursuant to this section shall be reported to the commission as a whole at the next regularly scheduled commission meeting.
