- (a) For applicants with median household incomes (as determined by the United States Bureau of the Census) greater than the state average median household income, the maximum length of loan will be twenty (20) years or the life of the project, whichever is less.
- (b) For applicants with median household incomes less than or equal to the state median household income, the maximum length of loan will be thirty (30) years or the life of the project, whichever is less.
