- (a) Upon completion of the installation of a project or practice, an inspection shall be conducted by a representative of the district, Department of Agriculture, or United States Department of Agriculture to ensure the projects are installed in compliance with applicable standards.
- (b) Any deficiency found must be corrected prior to the disbursement of cost-share funds.
