15 CAR § 24-402

Project design

Arkansas Code § 15-22-804

All projects or practices shall be designed by an:

(1) Employee of the:
1. (A) United States Department of Agriculture;
2. (B) District; or
3. (C) Department of Agriculture; or
(2) Arkansas-licensed professional engineer.
