- (a) A district obtaining delegation under 15 CAR § 24-201 et seq., may by appropriate resolution of the board of directors transfer funds held for use under this part to the water conservation education and information fund created under 14 CAR § 1-2501 et seq.
(b) Notice of this transfer shall be properly noted in the district:
- (1) Permanent records; and
- (2) Accounting records.
