- (a) The owner or owner’s agent may be requested to provide limited assistance to Arkansas Natural Resources Commission personnel in performing inspections.
(b) Requested assistance may include:
- (1) Operating gates, valves, and other controls; and
- (2) Cutting excessive vegetation in preparation for inspections.
