- (a) Arkansas Natural Resources Commission personnel will periodically perform inspections of each permitted dam.
(b) Commission inspections are of three (3) types:
- (1) Maintenance and Operation;
- (2) Dam Safety Evaluation; and
- (3) Emergency.
- (c) The frequency of inspections and evaluations will vary according to the hazard rating, size, and condition of the dam.
- (d) Emergency inspections will be performed when conditions warrant.
