- (a) Two (2) or more permanent reference marks shall be established for future use near but not on the dam.
- (b) Accurate longitude, latitude, and elevation shall be shown on the record drawings.
- (c) Elevations shall be referenced to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
