- (a) During construction, adequate measures must be taken to prevent excessive erosion and off-site sedimentation.
(b) Suitable techniques include:
- (1) Temporary vegetation;
- (2) Mulching;
- (3) Staked straw bales;
- (4) Filter fences; and
- (5) Chemical stabilization.
- (c) Other techniques may be used if approved by the Chief Engineer of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.
