(b) As a minimum, the records must include:

1. (1) Daily log of construction activities;
2. (2) Record of personnel and equipment on site;

3. (3) Documentation of soil tests such as:

   1. (A) Standard proctor;
   2. (B) In-place density; and
   3. (C) Moisture;
4. (4) Documentation of concrete cylinder tests; and
5. (5) Copies of all engineering change orders and field change notes.
