15 CAR § 23-501 – General standards

(a) All dams must be designed in accordance with currently accepted engineering practices.
(b) Acceptable guidelines include those published and recommended by the:
1. (1) United States Army Corps of Engineers;
2. (2) United States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service;
3. (3) United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation; and
4. (4) Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
