- (a) Upon discovery of a condition that renders a dam subject to rapid failure, the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may issue an Emergency Remedial Order describing actions that must be taken to protect life and property.
- (b) Failure to comply with these orders may result in penalties under 15 CAR § 23-404.
