- (a) Upon completion of Arkansas Natural Resources Commission review, the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission will cause a public notice to be published two (2) times, one (1) week apart.
- (b) The public notice will be placed in a newspaper having general circulation in the county in which the dam is/will be located.
(c) Information in the public notice will include:
- (1) The owner’s name and address;
- (2) The dam’s location; and
- (3) Pertinent physical data describing the dam.
- (d) In addition, the public notice will request that questions, comments, and objections to the dam’s permitting and/or requests for public hearing be forwarded in writing to the commission for action within twenty (20) days after the second publication.
